Chaos-based Color Image Steganography Method Using 3 D Cat Map

چکیده

Steganography is a technique to hide secret message within different multimedia carrier so that the cannot be identified. The goals of steganography techniques include improvements in imperceptibility, information hiding, capacity, security, and robustness. In spite numerous secure methodologies have been introduced, there are ongoing attempts develop these make them more robust. This paper introduces color image steganographic method based on map, namely 3-D cat. proposed aims embed data using structure chaotic steganography, ensuring better security. Rather than complete for selection band pixel coordination adopted, 3D map produces irregular outputs embedding randomly least significant bit (LSB) cover image. increases complexity encountered by attackers. performance was evaluated results reveal provides high level security through defeating various attacks, such as statistical with no detectable distortion stego-image. Comparison ensure surpasses other existing methods regarding Mean Square Error (MSE) Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR).
